If I obtain my upgrade using the Subscription Upgrade Manager, how do I get my SureTrack Authorization Code?
As long as the Subscriber agrees to receive electronic communications, an Authorization Code is forwarded by email within a week of downloading the software upgrade. Or you may contact Customer Care to obtain it.
