Snap-on Profile Manager
The Snap-on Profile Manager is where you manage all your companion Snap-on application accounts (e.g. Security Link, and Snap-on Cloud).
You only need to setup your Snap-on Profile once, and then you can access it anytime to add applications in the future.
Before you can use any of the companion Snap-on applications, you need to create a Snap-on Profile Manager account and link your diagnostic tool to it.
1. | Using an Internet connected device, visit https://ALTUSDRIVE.com and select Create Individual Account from the Login screen. |
2. | Enter the required information and create a Username and Password, then select Create. |
3. | At the “Success” confirmation screen, select Done. |
4. | Log in using your Username and Password. |
5. | Answer the security questions, then select Submit. |
6. | At this point your basic profile is setup with the information required. You may continue to add addition personal information on the other tabs to add further details to your profile. |
7. | To link your diagnostic tool (or thermal imager) to your profile, select the Add a Device tab and enter and save the following information. |
● | Serial Number - serial number of the device |
● | PIN - specific PIN associated to the device |
● | Code - authorization code specific to the device |
● | Device Name - user define name |
8. | You may now add companion application authorization information as needed, such as: |
● | Enter your Security Link authorization information |
1. | Using an Internet connected device visit www.ALTUSDRIVE.com. |
2. | Select the Login icon. |
3. | Log in using your Username and Password . |
4. | Select the Profile icon on the lower toolbar. |
5. | Select Open Profile Manager. |
6. | Enter your username and password to log in to Profile Manager. |

Using Profile Manager
Profile Manager includes the tabbed categories (see below) to help you manage your account information:
This screen manages devices associated with your account:
You must link your diagnostic tool (Add a device) to your Snap-on Profile Manger account to use applications like Snap-on Cloud and Security Link.
Select Add a Device to setup and add an authorized device (e.g. Diagnostic Tool, or Diagnostic Thermal Imager).
Enter the device information: (See the Get Connected information in your diagnostic tool)
● | Serial Number - serial number of the device |
● | PIN - specific PIN associated to the device |
● | Code - authorization code specific to the device |
● | Device Name - user define name |
When finished select Save to save and link the device to your account.
