Purchase must be on an SBEC contract, subject to credit approval. Finance Charges begin actual at contract inception. “Same As Cash” means: if you pay the entire unpaid SBEC balance in good funds within 270 days of the contract and you are not in default, finance charges will be waived and amounts you paid toward finance charges will be applied against your account balance or returned to you. If you fail to make payments when due, SBEC terms will apply and late charges may be due.
