Franchisee Assistants

Franchisees may hire employees at anytime to assist in their business.  The Snap-on Expansion Franchise employee model is Number of Mobile Stores plus 1.  This allows the Franchisee (you) time to develop their Store Managers and other employees.  Snap-on Tools has partnered with HR Central to assist with your legal obligations with employees.  Snap-on also recommends contacting your accountant prior to hiring employees.

Expansion Franchise Opportunity

Snap-on Tools Franchise business owners that illustrate consistent growth through utilisation of employees, exceptional operational skills and proven business merit may also have the desire to purchase an Expansion Snap-on Tools Franchise. Snap-on Tools encourages interested franchisees to explore the possibility with the local Snap-on Tools Business Manager. If an Expansion Franchise business is awarded it must be operated under the then current Snap-on Tools Franchise requirements.

Rights and obligations under the Expansion Franchise are granted exclusively to the Franchisee signing a contract with Snap-on, not to any employee of the Franchisee.


 

Expansion Franchise Incentives

If you are purchasing an Expansion Franchise, are eligible for a reduced franchise fee of $5,000.  Other incentives may be available so you should talk to your Business Manager.


 

Franchisee Store Manager Training

Snap-on offers specific training for the Franchisee Store Manager you hire to operate your Expansion Franchise. This training program is outlined below:
