Snap-on grants franchisees a license to operate a franchised mobile store. As a franchisee, you own your own business, selling high quality repair, software, and diagnostic tools and equipment to customers in your territory. The territory boundary defines your area and all calls within that boundary belong to you and are not assigned to any other Snap-on Tools franchisee. You are in charge of your franchise, setting your own schedule and managing your customer relationships, and Snap-on offers you the resources and training you need to do your best work.

The benefit of the support from the franchisor really appealed to me. Ever the businessman, I did my due-diligence and researched the business model in detail but, if anything, it reaffirmed my beliefs that I’d be buying into a second chance at my dream career. I met with the franchise team for my initial interview and was completely blown away by their knowledge and professionalism. I was sold! After funding the initial costs through Snap-on finance, I was on my way to training!
If you’re prepared to put the hours in, then the rewards are there. I’m only sorry I didn’t do it years ago!
Although Snap-on franchisees own their own businesses, we provide continuous support and training. We license you to service a territory with no competition from other Snap-on Tools franchisees, making it possible for franchisees to learn from each other and share ideas. However, the support does not end there.
Even before you start your journey as a Snap-on franchisee, a Franchise Recruitment Manager will be available to you to answer all of your questions and walk you through the discovery process.
Once you become a Snap-on franchisee, our support system includes Snap-on Franchise Performance Team Members.
