- Other companies within the Snap-on Incorporated group (“Snap-on Group”): We are a global organization with affiliates, subsidiaries, business processes, management structures and technical systems that cross borders. 5. How long will my personal information be kept for?

8. How will we process your requests?
We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the personal information subject to the request. 10. How can my authorized agent make a request on my behalf?

We are a global company and your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by engaging with us you understand that your information will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your personal information.

We endeavor to protect the security of your personal information. We will seek to maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we endeavor to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us or stored on our systems; any transmission is at your own risk.
